Why I Do This Work

I’ve spent years watching capable, intelligent women blame themselves for results that were never about willpower.

As we move into our 40s, 50s, and beyond, our bodies change. Hormones shift. Recovery changes. Muscle becomes more important. Stress affects us differently.

Yet most health advice doesn’t evolve with us.

I became passionate about coaching because women deserve clarity — not confusion. They deserve strategies that respect biology, preserve strength, and support long-term confidence.
